Sarah Connell was a member of staff at Sonic the Comic responsible for advertising. Connell took over Tom Glenister's role in Issue 68, her last credited appearance being in Issue 79. Although nobody seemed to be directly responsible for replacing her, the next person to be credited in advertising was Steve Goldsmith.
