Southern Steel is a flag founded by Crossleg (the captain is obviously southern) that operates mainly in the Jade Archipelago on the Cobalt Ocean. Southern steel is the remake of the Rebel Alliance which was disbanded. It has hit harder than the Rebel Alliance in a shorter amount of time and is growing fast.
