The home is close to the Mobius National Park. Its patients are not supposed to leave, but Momma Robotnik has escaped on multiple occasions. It is somewhat like a prison in that it has large walls with barbed wire on top of the walls and search lights which sweep the perimeter at night. Loud alarms sound when someone escapes.
