Enchanted milk is a quest item used to free the Lumbridge Sage in Recipe for Disaster. It is one of the three ingredients of a cake of guidance, others being enchanted egg and enchanted flour. It is made from a bucket of milk during the quest, being enchanted with knowledge by the wizard Traiborn, who lives on the floor[UK] of the Wizards' Tower.
