Robeir XXIII was the head of the House of Cron and the ruler of the Cronese Mandate during the Galactic Civil War. He paid court to Emperor Palpatine and ruled as a client king. Robeir preserved a certain level of independence to the sector and a fairly large defense fleet, but was overseen by Imperial troops.
