The Allied rock-wallaby (Petrogale assimilis), is a species of rock-wallaby found in northeastern Queensland, Australia. It is very similar to six other species of rock-wallaby found in this area, including the Cape York rock-wallaby (Petrogale coenensis), the unadorned rock-wallaby (Petrogale inornata), and [[Herbert's Rock-wallaby|Herbert's rock-wallaby (Petrogale herberti). The allied rock-wallaby is found in the hinterland of Townsville, and also on Magnetic and Palm Islands. There are few distinguishing features from its close relatives in the field.
