Daisy 8 is a shuttle used by Project Blackstone. It brought maintenance personnel and cargo to the project. It's cargo included fuel, coolant, volatiles, research armamentarium and zerg specimen containers. One of the containers malfunctioned and let a zergling free, killing some of the personnel brought by the ship. It was later used by Winlaleah Martine in her escape, leaving the other surviving members behind.
