Oehm was a Solarian citizen and astrophysical analyst. In 1533 PD, Oehm worked at the Axelrod Corporation's underground facility on the planet Beowulf. When Luther Luangpraseut discovered a wormhole junction in the Manticore System and was promoted, Oehm had to take over part of his other projects. (MA1)
