Mafioso Alfredo is considered to be one of the toughest opponents on Ivan Drago: Justice Enforcer. He carries a gun, and the only way to dodge/block this is to kneel or block with your gloves. He fires three shots in a row, and seems to have an unlimited amount of ammunition.
