Xandert Raohlis was a career criminal born on Fondor shortly before the end of the Galactic Civil War. Xandert, after receiving an advanced education for the first 14 years of his life, ran away from home to become a pirate. For years Xandert would switch to and fro , from Pirate crew to pirate crew before he found his place in the crew from Rapeon, the Conquistadors, a large group of Pirates dedicated to taking over a least one planet and if possible, the known galaxy. Xandert would eventually work his way up in the hierarchy to become Jack Tantor's top lieutenant. Xandert, using his cunning, betrayed Tantor and took over the Conquistadors shortly after, meeting little resistance after that show of cunning.
