Keyser(VTYM045) was born on January 2012 in the Toyota. His mother was Chimp and his father was most likely the dominant male Snickers. He was born in a litter of four, his litter-mates were his two brothers VTYM044 and Thorne(VTYM043) and one sister Firefly(VTYF042). The four pups survived the first four weeks and started foraging with the adults. The Toyota was a small group with just three adult females and five adult males. Sadly VTYM044 was soon lost but Keyser and his remaining brother and sister survived their first three months. In March his mother Chimp died with his aunt named Peanut. There were no dominant female for two months until his aunt and last adult female Squeaker became the dominant female in June. Sadly that same month his father Snickers and uncles Twix, Ole, and Nab
