The fourth season of the Insanity brand for Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW) commenced on November 29, 2006 at Homecoming (2006) and concluded at Altered Reality IV on September 6, 2008. The promotion started the season affiliated with the Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA) in which the brand was named PWA Schizophrenia, but due to management changes was renamed LPW Insanity. The season's head writer was The Rabbi.
