Vance Volga is the swordsmen friend of Clara Nightwing and founding member of The Black Dragon. He is the son of Captain Volga and too a disciple of the sword style of Zouhitoryu. His skill with the sword are not to be messed with, as he is a capable swordsmen of his own.
