Her name is randomized when Downtown is generated. The name "Kerie Toyonaga" is only referenced in the game files. Like many downtownies in The Sims 2, Kerie has a very unique facial structure. It shares some similarities with the 5th and 7th face templates, but the facial features are very difficult to pin down.
