Drumbeats of Victory is the third quest in the Red-Eyed Invaders series. Once you collect 100 Black Bone Necklaces and 100 Red Bone Necklaces, this quest is immediately added to your quest log. Report to Captain Bathis, and he will take the quest items from you, and give you the next quest in the series.
