The V Elections of In Marea General Secretary were hold in June 4159 in order to decide its fifth Secretary and candidate for the position of Caesar de Senatum of In Marea Possumus Facere, after the previous Secretary, Aelius Celer, decided to retire from the first line of politics. Three candidates took part, resulting in the victory of Icarion Dadhelus, former Minister of Defence.
