After the failure of the Capitalist Republic, New Libertaria began to reconsider the Restoration Of The Monarchy. However, many opposed the restoration because of the absolute power exercised by King Benedict II and the resulting abuse of power vested in an absolute monarchy. The Monarchy offered appeal to those who cherished the traditions of the nation which had been founded on the principles of monarchy. Meeting together, the leaders of New Libertaria chose to reestablish the monarchy, but in a limited capacity. The power of the Crown would be tempered by a strong Parliament in the House of Electors with a Prime Minister exercising power as head of government and the Crown being created to fulfill the role of Head Of State.
