Blatta was a Hutt who Uran Lavint owed credits and was her co-pilot onboard the Breathe My Jets when she was running a large shipment of smuggled supplies to the Corellians. He, along with several other smugglers, were sold out by Lavint for credits, and were arrested by the Galactic Alliance.
