Robert Cabot is the second Prime Minister of New Quebec, taking the position over after the retirement of his predecessor, Harold Fitzgerald. Under the premiership of Cabot, New Quebec aided J Andres in the Vinsalian Conflict. At the conclusion of the war, Cabot pushed for open borders and eased economic restrictions with J Andres. Cabot died at the conclusion of the Grand Mexican War in a nuclear attack on Montreal.
