Minister Misericord is a minor character in Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors. As Queen Curtana's personal retainer, he is responsible for much of Avalonia's day-to-day affairs. He is also very knowledgeable in much of its lore. When speaking, he has a tendency to try and use unnecessarily ostentatious vocabulary, which only ends up causing him to trip over his own tongue and end up saying nothing at all.
