Rachael Wooding (born 1979 in Yorkshire) appeared in Coronation Street as a Beautician in October 2008; and returned to the programme in December 2011 as Mandy - a friend of Izzy Armstrong. This was one of her first television roles as she is best known as a performer in musicals, appearing in such perennial favourites as Hairspray, Evita, Cats and Starlight Express.
