Super Bowl XXVIII was an American football game played on January 30, 1994, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia, to decide the National Football League (NFL) champion following the 1993 regular season. The National Football Conference (NFC) champion Dallas Cowboys (15-4) defeated the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Buffalo Bills (14-5), 30–13. This was the first time in Super Bowl history that the same two teams had met in two consecutive Super Bowls. The Cowboys won their fourth Super Bowl in team history, tying the Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers for most Super Bowl wins, while the Bills became the first team to appear in 4 consecutive title games.
