Dr. Trollface is a varitation of the popular trollface/coolface/problem guy. He has slick hair, a pipe, and reading glasses. Dr. Trollface blatantly states diagnosises regarding terminal illness, while taking a puff from his pipe. He has the smug trollface, which implies that he is happy about the diagnosis he is reading.
