Lucas Perko was a human Insurrectionist. Born in 2514 on Victoria in Camp New Hope, Perko's family was one of Insurrectionists. This heritage, as well as the atmosphere Lucas grew up in, led him to join the United Rebel Front in 2529. Although he was disappointed in his assignment, Perko eventually had a change of heart towards his job, after catching a glimpse of the brutality on the ground during a close air support mission for a team of rebels. In 2531, Perko attempted to kill Blue Team with a MAKO Drone as they escaped from their raid, however, he failed.
