Tsaroran leads the Dormalch with an iron fist. Originally an Undina, Tsaroran was the emissary to the various races to build their army against the dragons. He was possessed of unusual elemental connection, and it was later discovered by dragon sages that he was the first to discover the effects of the Darkland energy on the elements. When he and his eight original followers were sealed in the Abjurewall, he forced the others to to work with Luzazul to break free.
