Oceanstone bolts are Dragonite bolts tipped with Oceanstone bolt tips and require a ranged level of 90 to wield. Oceanstone bolts can be created through the Fletching skill. A player must first have a Fletching level of 92 and take a cut Oceanstone and use a chisel with it to make 24 Oceanstone bolt tips. Attaching Oceanstone bolt tips also requires a Fletching level of 92. Once the Oceanstone bolt tips have been attached, the Dragon bolts become Oceanstone bolts.
