Androv Issniki is a 53-year old Russian biochemist who is obsessed with biotechnology, who was the original antagonist of BioShock: Inluminus. Originally hoping to create prosthetics for amputees, his numerous experiments soon involved merging humans to machinery of some kind. His working creations, the Nitrohawks, are cyborg like creatures that come in all manner of disturbing shapes and sizes. His creations, however, drove him underground, as the world dissapproved of them. Underground, however, he found a city called Britannia. After setting up shop in The Cathedral of Iron, Issniki and his creations soon began a hostile takeover of Britannia, hoping to turn the entire population of Britannia into his sick machinations. He is voiced by Ralph Brown.
