Fram was a famed male Ferengi businessman. Fram purchased the idea for a latinum strip receptacle box which could be mounted on a vertical surface from a small boy for two strips of latinum. He then patented the idea as his own, from which he made his fortune. Fram also built the Fram Memorial Spaceport, and stipulated in his will that it would retain his name regardless of who purchased it after his death.
