Jafar al-Urmalli was the Grand Vizier of Vanna during the events of the Rose of the Desert. He was from the Urmalli Tribe of Urimna and served the Sultanas with ruthless efficiency while ensuring his tribe's well-being. He was eventually succeeded by Iblis al-Djinn.
