Mark was built by GE for China Railways in the 1980's. In the early 2000's, he was retired due to teething troubles, and was shipped back to the United States. He was bought by the Dock Railway in 2008, and is mostly used for pulling Lawrence's passenger trains if neither Lawrence or Agav are available. He speaks bad English.
