This abandoned electrical substation served as a subsidiary facility to a nearby nuclear power plant before its abandonment sometime before 1997. In 1997-1998, this location was used by Snatchers to hold Muggle-borns before facing trial at the Death Eater-controlled Ministry of Magic. It was also here an Acromantula nest were located.
