The Ukrainian Ice Hockey First League (also known as the Persha Liha and the Division B of the Ukrainian Hockey Championship) was the second-level ice hockey league in Ukraine from 2001-2006. The league was divided into two groups (Group A and Group B) with the top teams from each group qualifying for the final playoffs. The playoff winner then qualified for the play-in round of the top-level Ukrainian Hockey Championship's playoffs.
