Yolo Manor is the biggest house in Ferguson Hill at 1470 Glenville Drive. The house was built in 1951 and cost $3,000,000. It's four stories high and overlooks the Downtown Ferguson Hill Skyline. Notable services include a pool, butler service, and what appears to be a homemade roller coaster in what used to be the foyer back when it was first built. The house was destroyed three times so far- in "The Mail Severe Problem", "The Water Way", and in "Double the Chaos Part I". It was heavily damaged in "You've become Old Man Yellow".
