Sepek was a male Vulcan, born circa 2232. He was a schoolmate of Spock's, and would tease young Spock because of his half-human nature. (TAS episode: "Yesteryear") The Sepek Academic Scholarship, seen (during Deanna Troi's hallucination) in Anaanda Ziff's personnel file, may have been named for this individual.
