Flat is a blue mouse character from the Japanese company Sanrio. Flat is My Melody's best friend and a little bit shy. Flat has blue fur, big round ears with pink or yellow linings, a yellow oval nose, and a long skinny tail with a bow on it. Some early versions of Flat have brownish grey fur, light blue striped shirt, and blue pants.
