Before you enter the cave, you go through a brief waltz through the very final corners of the aforementioned level, using your Blue Pikmin to destroy a gate in the water to get to a water drain, fighting powerful Jungle Bulborbs along the way. After that, you can enter a stone room where the cave entrance resides.
