Major-General Stephen Cornwallis (23 December 1703 – 12 May 1743) was a British Army officer who served as Member of Parliament for Eye from 1727 to his death. He was the third son of Charles Cornwallis, 4th Baron Cornwallis; his elder brothers were Charles Cornwallis, 1st Earl Cornwallis and James Cornwallis and his younger brothers were John Cornwallis, Edward Cornwallis and Frederick Cornwallis.
