Pet Cove is one of the many chunks of Crux that was formed after the planet exploded. Pet Cove used to be a Maelstrom wasteland until the Nexus Force cleansed the area of the darkness. After the Maelstrom was defeated, a minifig named Coalessa rounded up all the pets from the chunks and gave them a home on Pet Cove. Today, the Nexus Force soldiers travel to Pet Cove to train pets to help them around the Nimbus System. Pet Cove is one of the only planetary chunks not under the current threat of the Maelstrom.
