Sue Murphy is a Labour Co-operative councillor, representing Brooklands ward in Manchester since 1995. Sue is also chair of the Manchester Fairtrade City Steering Group and led the successful bid to get Fairtrade City status for Manchester. She is active in a number of fora fighting domestic violence, and is on the governing bodies of two schools.
