Jon Valor also known as Black Pirate and Captain John Valor is The Founder and Leader of The Five Warriors from Forever a Team of Time Pirates he created who became well known Villains of The Time Masters. He recently went to war against Rip Hunter and his Team The Forgotten Heroes however he was ended up defeated and arrested by The Time Masters.
