Kwan is a character and drug dealer in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He sells drugs for the Midtown Gangsters out of Northern Gardens, Bohan, Liberty City and e-mails Huang Lee, the games protagonist, regarding special deals when selling and buying drugs.
