Fleet Operations Officer: The Fleet Operations Officer reports weekly to the CinC and is responsible for maintaining Baycb's membership database. This office is also charged with producing the official membership application, verifying Beta Fleet membership status for Vessel Registry Requests, producing crew rosters for vessels to the CinC, and providing such further information as instructed by the CinC.
