Julio Tyler was a Monican citizen and an officer of the Monica System Navy. He was a young relative of President Roberto Tyler. Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he was the engineering officer in charge of the forward fusion plant of the battlecruiser MNS Typhoon. (SI1)
