Heyne Verlag is the German publishing wing of Random House. Heyne Verlag released German translations of several Pocket Books novels in the early 2000s, such as the Star Trek: Section 31 novel series. In February 2014, Heyne Verlag released more than two hundred German language eBooks of Star Trek, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise novels. The releases were typically translations of Pocket Books' 1990s numbered novel releases of the various series. The German translations were written by Uwe Anton, Andreas Brandhorst, Ronald M. Hahn, Bernhard Kempen, Michael Kubiak, Achim Lehmkuhl and Harald Pusch.
