The barracks is where the orcs get sexual gratification from abusing their slaves. The Princess has the option of stealing a slave outfit from the barracks, allowing her to roam freely throughout most of the camp. This also opens the option of entering Delberg Castle by being Bagor Ironfist's sexual toy and convincing him to let her deliver a message to the castle.
