The Hapan Royal Court was the court at Hapes, acting as its legislature. Its members, representatives from each of the Constorium's 63 planets, voted on matters of importance and informed the Queen about issues that required her attention. The Queen essentially ruled over the court. The Royal Court demanded that the Hapes Consortium should not join the New Republic, even though Queen Mother Ta'a Chume had agreed to Isolder's demand that they join.
