Voltmeister is an electrical monster, whose electro-whip was capable of producing huge shocks. In the first fight, he fought the Turbo Rangers (who were actually the Robot Rangers). By the second battle, he fought the real Turbo Rangers and was defeated by Rescue Megazord.
