Noble Educational Corporation, very often abbreviated NEC, is a Lovian corporation with great interests in the Lovian higher private education. The group was founded July 23 2008 as the greater successor of the Nobel University and as the corporation to unite the new Blackburn University, the King Arthur I College and the King Arthur II College. The NEC is led by a President, being Prince Dimitri as of July 23.
