The 2015–16 season was Manchester City's 114th season of competitive football and eighty-seventh season in the top division of English football and nineteenth season in the Premier League since the league was first created with Manchester City as one of the original 22 founder-members. Along with the Premier League, the club will also compete in the UEFA Champions League, FA Cup and Football League Cup. The season covers the period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.
