King Pyroc is the ruler of Pyra, a immortal Space Dragon of great power. Exactly where he came from is unknown, but seeing as he's covered in fire and his been around for hundreds of years, it's safe to assume that he adopted Ridley and Pesimus, and that they aren't actully related to him.
